- Go in for sleep study, get CPAP, and finally address my apnea and snoring.
- Be more regular or diligent with attending at least one yoga class per week.
- Attend a church. Any church, whether it be Episcopalian, Church of Christ/Congregational or Quaker. Make a move! Any move! Remove myself from my firm and fast position of being "on the fence."
- Organize the house
I've also called to inquire about whether the local hospital's sleep study program accepts our insurance, and they do. So all I need to do now is get Rx's for both my husband and myself so we can go and get our snoring (and my apnea) checked out!
I have been in contact with at least two Episcopalian priests online, one of whom has mentioned how the church is elastic enough for someone like me--curious... questioning, etc. Who knows how this will end up.
As far as the yoga... I'm trying to do things to improve my karma... which is a form of yoga. Red Scarf Project... FreePledge...
Bonus: I stumbled across this mantra:
OM
MA
NI
PAD
ME
HUM
Let's see how the rest of January goes, without worrying about the rest of 2007.
A new year, full of new neuroses!
